StoneBridge Village is a gated golf community located just west of Branson, Missouri on Highway 76 near Silver Dollar City. StoneBridge was started in 1993 by Cooper Communities, Inc., of Rogers, AR.  In 2002, the majority of the undeveloped land was sold to Missouri Partners, Inc.

 

StoneBridge Village Property Owners Association was incorporated in August 1993. The POA owns and operates the 18 hole LedgeStone Championship Golf Course including a full golf practice grounds, the 27,000 sq. ft. LedgeStone Clubhouse with a 5,000 sq. ft. banquet facility, community swimming pools and playgrounds. In addition, the POA maintains the roadways (currently 19.3 miles paved) and the common grounds within the village.

 

Escapes! , a subsidiary of Cooper Communities, currently has 117 units  in their timeshare operation at StoneBridge with over 5,000 owners. Besides timeshare owners, fractional owners, as well as, owners of condominiums, townhomes, homes and lots make up the current POA membership of 1,100. The projected POA membership is 3,000 for the approximately 3,200 acres currently under development.

 

The POA Board of Directors Meets the third Thursday of each month and their  annual meeting is in May. Monthly meetings of the various committees guiding our operation are published in our newsletter.
